Our Leadership
Sarah is the Senior Principal and co-founder of CTM Technology Group, where she focuses on program management. With PMP certification since 2008, Sarah also holds PMI Agile, AWS Solutions Architect - Associate, AWS Cloud Practitioner, and Azure Fundamentals certifications. She brings over 25 years of experience in successfully managing projects ranging from small-scale initiatives to multi-million-dollar programs across IT infrastructure, application teams, and business units.
Sarah's extensive expertise includes leading teams of project and program managers and orchestrating large programs involving diverse groups of engineers. For the past ten years, she has specialized in guiding organizations through complex migration, transformation, and consolidation initiatives. Her industry experience is particularly strong in the pharmaceutical, financial, and technology sectors.
Throughout her career, Sarah has demonstrated a remarkable ability to manage intricate projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Her leadership and strategic vision have been instrumental in helping organizations achieve their IT goals and optimize their operations. Keith is the co-founder of CTM Technology Group, where he focuses on technology architecture and business strategy. With over 25 years of experience in architecture, IT infrastructure, software development, and operations, Keith has led large and diverse groups of technology professionals, providing both organizational leadership and strategic vision.
Keith is adept at developing reliable IT solutions that align with organizational objectives and deliver lasting business results. His career spans several industries, including pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and retail, where he has progressively taken on more responsible roles, demonstrating his capacity to drive technological innovation and operational excellence.
In addition to his practical experience, Keith is well-credentialed. He is an Azure Certified Solutions Architect Expert and an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate. He holds various other technology and IT Service Management (ITSM) certifications. Keith has a BS in Information Systems and has attended the Kellogg School of Management, where he further honed his business acumen.
